Action-oriented, results driven

I found out about Josh as he had sold another similar property in my complex, so I decided to reach out to him. I found him to be approachable and got a good appraisal from him, so sought his expertise and services with the sale of our apartment. Josh aimed at keeping marketing costs within planned budget - to minimise expenses, Josh helped us with styling ideas, assisted with shopping for a few items, and even let us borrow (at no extra cost) a few styling items of his own. (This I think is a unique aspect about Josh that most likely would set him apart from other agents). Upon listing, he provided us with constant feedback on the campaign. This helped in understanding what we could expect in terms of the sale price. Josh is open and upfront in his dealings, hears his clients out to understand their needs and situation. He also showed flexibility and efficiency as I recall we moved our campaign a whole week forward from what was initially planned. I enjoyed having the open and upfront discussions about sale price and strategies as we challenged each other. I think this also helped in setting each other's expectations and eventually achieving something we thought was a good result. Josh is results-driven and passionate about his job, highly recommend him. (Also a one-stop-shop, Josh is well-connected when it comes to other property requirements such as cleaning (helped us get good cleaners prior to photos and video); and tradies for some minor repairs.)
