Fantastic consultant

I recently, in May, purchased 10 Maitland Bay Drive, Killcare Heights. I bought this property “off market” from Belle Property. Baraka contacted me on the same day they had the listing, had us through the property that night and negotiated the deal whilst on a train commuting to Brisbane for a Real Estate conference all within several hours of our inspection. It was his clear understanding of what we were looking for which yielded a great price for his vendor, a nice commission for his office and my family and I our forever home. I first introduced myself to Baraka in November of 2017 when my wife and young family decided we would research the Central Coast (Killcare area) market to see if we liked the area to buy our family home.
