Terrible Agent, Unfortunate Experience!

My overall experience with Cathy was unsatisfactory. After experiencing lengthy delays by the buyer, as an incentive I suggested a price reduction of $20,000 only if the buyer exchanged by Thursday 5:00pm. This exchange did not take place on that day and no further communication by Cathy took place for period of 3 weeks. Against my word, Cathy facilitated the exchange much later at the reduced price and I forfeited $20,000 to get nothing in return. I found overall that Cathy never answered her phone. Professionalism was non existent. They were only on the side of the buyer, when I (the vendor) hired them. Also they advertised under my expected price. They didn’t answer my calls, only text message when they wanted to. I was not kept in the picture and overall the experience was horrendous.
