Extremely happy

I had a very disappointing experience with the previous agent when trying to sell my block of land. My block had multple problems - protected vegetation, high fire rateing and possible native sites. Cathy and Manuel’s campaign was imaginative and tireless. After some disappointing months where the asking price was reduced, Cathy decided it was time to reschedule the auction with extremely good results. Very happy.

Very, very happy

My block of land had a number of problems - it was steep, had protected vegetation, had the highest fire rateing and there were aboriginal sites near. It was also in a difficult time for the economy and construction industry. It was also on the market with a different agent. Laura, Manuel and Cathy saw its potential and planned a new marketing strategy. Despite disappointing results over the first few months, they continued their efforts. When the time was right set the auction date.. The day before the auction, a bid that matched the reserve price was received and I was ready to accept it but on the advice from Cathy, we went ahead with the auction. The result was $130,000 above what I would have accepted. Very, very happy.
