Experience Counts

We were delighted with our selling experience with Andrew and Lachlan MacDonald. Selling our apartment was always going to be a nervous time, full of unknowns for the vendors but Andrew’s knowledge and confidence in his tried and tested selling campaign helped to ease our concerns. And it worked! Our property was at the high price point of its type and not without issues but Andrew found a buyer who will no doubt appreciate the apartment for its many wonderful qualities. Particular mention should be made of the photography/videography team who really showcased our place to its best advantage - worth the not inconsiderable expense! Given the short period before the Xmas shutdown we had available to market our property, we are delighted with the result achieved.
