Went above and beyond

Lachlan and Andrew Macdonald not only marketed and sold the property, which was a deceased estate, but they also managed the clean up of the house, arranged the repairs, suggested enhancements to the house before sale, arranged painters, arranged carpet laying and organised building inspection.
