As lead agent, Director and Principal at Belle Property Coorparoo, I enjoy working with my team to help our clients achieve their aspirations, and navigate a home sale with amazing results. With two offices, in Coorparoo and West End, I specialise in home sales in Greenslopes, Holland Park, Coorparoo and surrounding areas, including Camp Hill, Mount Gravatt, Holland Park West and Tarragindi. I have been the number one agent in Greenslopes for the past four years on Rate My Agent, thanks to my local knowledge and extensive real estate experience. Alongside Co-Director John Cassimatis, we opened the office in 2014. Prior to establishing my career here in Australia I worked in the UK as an independent sales agent in luxury goods before moving to Brisbane in 2006, working as an agent in Holland Park for six years and at Belle Property Bulimba for two years. Opening a local office has allowed me to work in Greenslopes, where I have raised a family and am part of the community, with many repeat clients. We work with a wide range of people – upgraders, downsizers, investors, first-time buyers, families and retirees who are drawn to this leafy, family-oriented area close to the city, with excellent local schools and hospitals. Selling or buying a home is always part of a bigger story, and my job is to be an expert advisor, and to help people navigate the process with clear, open and thorough communication at all stages, beyond simply listing and selling the property. We work closely with vendors to prepare their property for sale, sometimes up to six months before it goes to market. This includes providing advice in relation to any maintenance that may be required, setting up the campaign, finding the right buyer, and managing the post-sales process through to settlement. Being so familiar with the style of homes in this area means that people trust me to advise them on how to present and prepare their homes, or to renovate appropriately when buying. Working in real estate has honed my extensive sales experience, and given me the privilege of focusing on a community that I know well. Real estate is a people-oriented industry, and forming relationships with both buyer and vendor is key. A significant amount of my business is repeat transactions, and referrals from their families and friends. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than celebrating our many sales successes, from apartments and townhouses to Queenslander and character homes, and to homes at the luxury end of the market. John Cassimatis, Co-principal of Belle Property Coorparoo and West End, has 20 years’ experience as a licensed real estate agent and has been a south-east Brisbane resident for more than 10 years. John holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in marketing and finance and has a thorough understanding of the principles underpinning the real estate industry. John has honed his marketing and negotiation skills through his 15 years of experience in properties for sale and asset management.
