Exceptional service and Amazing Communication

I was so dreading selling our home and worried we would leave money on the table if we didn't choose the right agent. Our friends had previously sold with Melinda and Luisa and highly recommended them, so we made that choice too. From the first communication we were impressed with how well we were kept up to date with the status of repairs, the photography, listing being written and then when it went online. I am pleased to say that we received multiple offers at the first open home and the home was soon under offer. They negotiated well on our behalf, ensuring that we maximised our return, and we are happy with the price we achieved. Some other notable things: - at the first walkthrough they advised on some small work to be done to maximise the sale price, - they organised repairs, garden maintenance to get the house prepared for sale - we used the option of funding these upfront costs at the time of property sale, which meant cash flow wasn't an issue - they updated us every 2nd day once the listing was live online - they deeply understand the local market in 4207 and knew how our house in Beenleigh would be positioned for sale - photography was organised by them and presented well - lovely sign out the front of the house showing the best pictures of the internals (unlike some agents just put their name on the sign out the front) - they consulted us at each step of the process, ensuring we were satisfied and sought input on things like the listing text so nothing was missed - the home was tenanted at the time of sale, and they therefore worked very hard to coordinate repairs, photography and open homes around the tenants as well as being considerate and updating our rental agents at each stage. This was important to us as we knew we were already inconveniencing the tenants & we wanted to minimise disruption. They really did well to work in our best interests for the sale & I am pleased to highly recommend them. If we ever sell again, they will be our 1st choice.
