Guidance through first homebuyer process

Melinda and her colleagues were very helpful in terms of guiding me through the homebuying process. She laid out the steps I needed to follow, and coordinated between the Solicitor, Building Inspector and Lender to keep things moving, and was quick to respond if I had any questions about the process. Every step happened on time with minimal back and forth.

Melinda Lee-Ball was amazing. There was literally nothing she could have done better.

I spoke to a few real estate agents when deciding who should sell my property. It was quite clear to me that Melinda was the way to go. Her prices were competitive and she was extremely knowledgeable. However the main reason for going with her was knowing that I would be able to contact her personally anytime, and that she dealt with the sellers personally and not through an app. I knew immediately that I had chosen the right agent. She was realistic with staging and presentation of the property. My house was online quickly and the photos were beautiful. I had multiple offers from the first open home, however Melinda was in no rush to close the sale, offering a second open home to see how it went. She kept doing open homes until the sale was unconditional. Melinda personally kept me informed every step of the way. She discussed every decision with me, and informed me of the processes and pros and cons of my decisions. However at no point did I feel pressured and like I was being convinced to go a certain way. I always felt in control of the decisions, but she was so helpful to discuss things with. The sale went really well and really quickly and the price was significantly higher that I expected. I don't really write reviews that often, but she honestly deserves this one. There is not one single thing she could have improved upon. I will definitely using her if I need to sell again in the future. Thank you Melinda and Luisa for making selling my house such an easy process. It was lovely working with you both!
