Knowledgeable and pleasant

I'm buying my first house from interstate and Nathan showed me a couple of properties by appointment in the lead-up to Christmas. There was quite a contrast in size, value and condition of each, which he was completely upfront and credible about, and made for a pleasant guide about the local market. I saw several in Daylesford, Hepburn Springs and Clunes and ended up buying the first Nathan showed me, and on only the one inspection -- which says a lot for the comfort level I had with him!
