The only reason I was able to win at auction was because of the amazing work you did and you being a true gentleman and making sure the best outcome was achieved on auction day for both the vendor and the buyer. Your professionalism, your clam demeanour, your attention to detail and execution prowess is unmatched and I have the highest respect for you and the way you conduct business. Real Estate is a tough sport and it is rare to come across people with such gravitas and presence and old fashioned fairness and great intent.
