Carrigg St Dromana auction January 2017

As this was my first time at selling a house with the auction method I was a bit apprehensive of the process ,however Hocking Stewart Rosebud assured me this was the way to go with this property. Phil Down was my go to man at H.S but on the day Adam Alexander the auctioneer....Adam was great on the day and kept me well informed on every step ,he certainly had excellent interaction with the crowd ,especially the bidders and definitely generated a surprisingly good sale price on the day. I would surely recommend Adam as an auctioneer to every one.........
