With a house and an adjoining block to sell after owning for 30+ years, I looked around and asked around. Grant was well and favourably known, particularly at our Yacht Club, so I sought advice from him on likely values and marketing methods. His estimates were higher and proved to be more accurate than others, so I engaged his firm to conduct an auction. The campaign went smoothly and documentation was handled seamlessly.The auction was successful for the house, and the block sold shortly after.
