Awesome Real estate agency - Customer Service at its' best!

Belle Property – Dromana, were highly recommended to me and I can see why. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Grant McConnell and his team from Belle Property - Dromana, especially when it can be an emotional time. Grant was/is genuine, honest, open, not pushy in any way, prompt and professional, didn’t discredit other agencies either. Knew the market, explained processes, and answered all our questions. He didn’t give us any false hopes and gave realistic figures (not to just gain our sale). We felt respected and listened to by the whole team. They cared for our property (we had a bad experience with another agent for another property not locking up appropriately). Their communication was on point, couldn’t have asked for more. The Auction experience was positive, Grant and his team relieved our nerves.
