Second property sold via Belle

We spoke to 3 agents in the Drummoyne area. We had previously sold a property in Beecroft via Belle and they gave us Antonio‘s name at Belle in Five Dock. Antonio was the only agent to recommend an auction and consistently followed up with us, giving us updates on the market, as we were getting the property ready to list. On this basis we decided to go with Belle and from there on Antonio ran the campaign, regularly gave us updates after the open houses and throughout the week so that we both remained on the same page in relation to the buyers and the market. Straightforward, concise and professional. Despite being cautious about the auction during Covid we went with Antonio’s advice and recommendations and in the end achieved a result well above any of our expectations and something we would not of the achieved without an auction. We would not hesitate to recommend Belle property and Antonio.
