Agent who goes above and beyond

Roberto really went above and beyond for us during the process of selling our property. Whatever needed to be done, he got done even if it meant helping to clean our unit before an open house or climbing up to inspect a dusty exhaust fan. He even offered to help my husband move furniture - an offer we didn't take up but was much appreciated especially as I was heavily pregnant at the time. He was always available to help and give us advice, even when it was unrelated to the sale of our unit (e.g. he took time to advise us on the value of properties we were looking to buy). He is polite, professional and provides an unmatched service. I could not recommend him enough.
