David Phillips has been a great support to me in guiding me through the selling process, especially as I am currently overseas. He has put me in contact with a specialist solicitor which provided me with all the essential forms in formats that enables me to complete and return paperwork from the UK. Dave and I communicated using Zoom so we were able to see as well as speak to one another. The advertising was honest, to the pint and most importantly honest. The photography of the rooms showed that great effort had been put in to maximise the home's potential. I wasn't there on the day of the auction but Dave contacted me by email as soon as he was able. I cannot fault the effort and expertise of Dave and felt he showed his personality as well as professionalism, which was good to see. I would recommend Dave to anyone selling their home....That's it.....
