Interaction with her by telephone was pleasant, and responses to my questions/enquiries were always prompt and professional. I was present when she was handling potential buyers throughout the Auction, and then with the successful buyer and family. She was helpful, knowledgeable and again totally professional. Both the Agent and the Team were professional...

Both the Agent and the Team were professional and supportive at all times. In particular, their 'refreshment' of the property ensured that it was presented at its best, and I am sure that this contributed directly to the record sale for the building. Finally, I was impressed by the straightforward and effective way James solved my significant concern about part of the Agency procedures.

Our Sales Agent at Belle Property Glebe, is James Cahill. The experience we've had with James has restored our faith in Real Estate Agents. My wife and I are now located in Adelaide and we were ready to sell our home in Glebe and needed someone that would take on the tasks to prepare the property for sale. James was brilliant, he arranged all his trades to undertake all the necessary work and within 3 weeks it was ready to be staged. James arranged the staging and the photo's, video's and social media campaigns. With the down turn in the property market in Sydney, we agreed with James' suggestion that we should simply set a price we were comfortable with and put the property up on a For Sale basis. Within one week James had the property sold. The entire experience went so smooth, we wholeheartedly recommend James and the team at Belle to anyone needing a personalised experience that produces results.
