Outstanding and very professional

We bought our property through Mark Tooth four years prior and had a very pleasant and easy purchase process. It was handled with the utmost professionalism. Four years later and after experiencing two other agencies (on different occasions) who conducted below average campaigns, we decided to hold onto the property. Mark had become a friend who we would bump into regularly and who had also listed (and rented) our property on Stayz. At no time did Mark seem aggrieved that we had gone to other agents. We approached Mark to sell our property based on a no sales campaign and to just run it through their database. Within a week a buyers agent viewed the property, their clients followed the following week with 3 inspections and we exchanged that same week with a 28 day settlement at the price we had always wanted to achieve. There was no hard sell and we felt Mark worked for us and not the buyer. It was the easiest sell we had ever completed and we praise Mark and his team for their professionalism, their patience and their care in selling our home. I would highly recommend Mark Tooth and Belle Property to anyone. We are very very happy with the outcome.
