On previous occasions on selling one of our...

On previous occasions on selling one of our properties we have had more personal contact with the agent. The actual settlement day seemed to be insignificant- there was no personal contact by David, it was our Conveyancer that informed us that the transaction had been completed. I contacted David sometime later that day. My wife commented that on other occasions of a selling experience we have had more of a celebration with a gift of some description .
