Professional, respectful, transparent and easy communication

As a buyer, Marty was incredibly easy to deal with and was able to work well around our circumstances whilst also remaining professional and working hard for his client (the seller). His approach to the property contract was open, transparent and very clear, unlike previous experiences we have had with other agents from different agencies. Marty's knowledge of the area and ability to relate to what we were specifically looking for made the process much easier. His clear communication and willingness to answer or follow up on queries took away a lot of the stress tied to uncertainties which come with buying a property. Whilst we have no plans to leave this property for a long time now, I would definitely engage him as an agent again if we did.
