The cottage has 3 double bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bunk room and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own ensuite.
A full-size main bathroom (with bath), kitchen with full amenities, open dining and lounge room.
Enjoy alfresco dining, easy chairs & fire pit on the decks and gardens.
The cottage has a large front deck (perfect for cocktail hour!) and a private back patio area with BBQ and dining table. Inside there are polished timber floors and carpeted bedrooms. Plenty of natural light through all rooms with lovely green outlooks.
A modern kitchen with European appliances, all amenities you need and an island bench for casual eating. To relax, there is also a comfortable lounge area.
There is an additional sitting area out the back of the house with a natural stone garden, easy chairs and fire pit - perfect for a glass of red and a warm fire.
The bathrooms are recently renovated with bath, large shower roses, quality towels, and heating. The bedrooms are all large with new queen beds, quality linen and (where needed) heaters.
Overall, the cottage is perfectly located less than a 4-minute walk from the ferry and café and 3-minutes walk to Bradley's Beach, the island green, children's playground and (lawn) bowling club.
