I can't even begin to express how happy we are...

I can't even begin to express how happy we are to have found Brendan!! We first met him through buying our new home. When it came to choosing an agent to sell my current home, despite a continued 12 year friendship with the agent who sold me my current house, I enlisted Brendan to sell my house without hesitation. He is open, honest, down-to-earth, understands the real estate business thoroughly and in particular knows each property by heart. I actually gave him a list on our Open Day of all the key features of my property which he already knew 🙃! We secured our new home at a great price AND the price I got selling my home at Broke far exceeded my expectations. He hung in there supporting us for the entire year as we found out the house had termites. However he makes everything (even termites!) sooooo stress-free. His temperament never changed no matter what issues or "problems" came up - he remained professional yet "happy go lucky", always retained high morals and positivity. He is a genuine "Real Estate Mr Nice Guy"! Communication was always welcome, no matter the time or day. My partner and I both feel so fortunate to have had both buying and selling dealings with Brendan. Cannot thank him enough. He even found the perfect buyers for me!!!! How can that be!!!!! 😉🤗
