I first spoke with Alex a number of years ago when I enquired about a block of land, and some time later, another. Although I didn't purchase either block, I caught on fairly quickly over those calls,..Alex is a genuine and truly caring person. This is why I wanted Alex to sell my block of land. From the moment I contacted Alex, who remembered me straight away, to the speedy sale of a challenging block, with a price tag beyond my dreams, I have felt a strong confidence in her ability and a real sense of personal importance...Alex just has this way of making a person feel special. I am sure I am not the only one too! I recall her asking me what have you spent on the block and what is your dream price? Questions I imagine every vendor wants to hear. Just that word "dream" is enough to conjure a positive state of mind, and I was not positive about my block or my ability to recoup my losses. Alex came along and I am now a very happy vendor soon to be previous owner! I would like to sincerely thank Alex for making what seemed a difficult task pleasurable and easy. If I ever buy or sell again I will be speaking only to Alex and I have already recommended her to others.
