Honesty for the win

Chris came to us as the third of three agents we spoke to when selling our house. Chris valued the property in the same price bracket as the other two, however he explained the pitfalls of some of he current industry practices and explained a better way to get the result we were after. Once the house was on the market a number of other properties came on at very aggressive pricing and Chris' suggestion of modifying our price to generate some interest worked a treat and we ended up getting exactly what we hoped for. Chris' communication and transparency throughout the entire process was amazing. Once the offers started to come in he let us know when he had offers and managed all the negotiations without bothering us until he had good news. Thanks to the hard work and preparation of Chris and his team and their work with our conveyancer we were able to settle in 2 weeks, right before Christmas.
