Nothing is too much trouble for Kate Spence.

Kate sold an investment property for us and we were so impressed with her professionalism, good humour and her market knowledge, that we never considered going to anyone else, when, a couple of years later, we sold our house of 54 years. She added empathy to her list. Sometimes I got a bit emotional but she was never too busy to listen and give advice. Technology sometimes became a little challenging, but Kate was always there to talk me through everything. She advised us on a fair price and we sold the house quickly and smoothly. Kate’s staff at Belle are magnificent as well. Messages were always passed on and answers to questions which they must have to deal with constantly are treated with respect and care.
