Ethical selling

Luke looked after my interests. From our one and only meeting, until he clinched the sale, I felt Luke had a good balance of looking after both my interests and the potential purchasers'. I have not dealt with many real estate agents. There have been dubious stories doing the rounds of the media. But I found Luke's outlook professional and ethical, with a dash of humour thrown in. We talked through my concerns and the process and Luke accommodated my requests where he could and explained where we couldn't. I felt I was part of the Belle Property sales team. I was briefed regularly and often, sometimes when I thought he should have been home. At the end, the preparations we had made paid off and the property sold early and quickly with the interested parties fully informed. Luke obtained a premium price without pressuring anyone. I would use Luke and the Belle Property sales team again.
