Robert Pullia from the start was approachable...

Robert Pullia from the start was approachable, informative and personable. This was complicated for him by the fact that there were two people acting as Power of Attorney in the sale. He managed the situation very professionally and considerately. We went with his suggestion of an “Expressions of Interest” sale instead of an Auction and believe that was the correct decision in light of the fact that the sale was probably for investors. The first “Open for Inspection” delivered an exceptionally good offer with a quick sale ensuing. Extremely pleasing result for everyone.
