Great communication

We selected Simon over other agents based on his down to earth attitude and no fluffying around, he is open and honest, which is what we want. He's given us directions as to how to improve our property for sale. Throughout the process he had always updated us with the progress and what the feedback was from the market, we were never kept outside the loop. Even though our property didn't sell at auction, we had an offer straight after, and better offers a week later which was sold above our reserve price.
