Kind and Supportive Team

The team were all really lovely to deal with and made me feel supported as a first-time landlord. One area that could make the experience even better would be improving communication between agents — there were a few times I needed to repeat details, which became a little tricky since I wasn’t familiar with the process. Clearer sharing between team members would make it much easier for clients like me. Very professional team though.
