My sister and I had to sell my parent's home which was a daunting task as they had been in it for over 45yrs. Our father had recently died at 93 and our mother was not well and also in her 90s. She was able to put us in touch with people who would be able to work with us. She had a vision - even for the photographs - which were stunning. We couldn't believe it was the same house. Jane always kept in touch with us and let us know what was going on and always remained positive. The placement of advertising worked - we constantly had people coming to view the house, most who were genuine buyers. At auction time the backyard was packed with quite a number of genuine bidders. My sister and I were extremely happy with the outcome of the auction and Jane's continued follow-up after the sale and her assistance with anything else we required - even lending us some furniture to use during the time of moving.
