I chose Anthony Tripodi of Belle Property, Newtown to sell my penthouse style 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in Marrickville because I liked their excellent presentation of units for sale. In a slowing market, even though the property was passed in at auction, Anthony did not accept the first offer to maintain a high clearance rate but persevered over the next 10 days using his excellent negotiation skills to achieve a price that exceeded my expectations.
