Can't express our thanks enough

We buy our fair share on Gumtree, but Shannon was our best bargain discovery ever. We had listed our home on Gumtree to sell ourselves when Shannon contacted us offering assistance - no strings attached. He organised a great photographer to display the house prompting many positive comments from family and friends. His enthusiasm for the house and genuine interest in the property persuaded us to list with him. Best decision ever. He respected the fact we both work and didn't want our time wasted with unsuitable purchasers so he carefully vetted interested clients for us. We followed his expert advice on running our successful marketing campaign without interference. Over a few months he brought through carefully selected 5 or 6 groups for inspections which presented 3 offers. It may seem to others to have taken a while to sell but due to work we were quite restricted with inspection times. Also it was a pole home property on a sloping block of land, not for everyone. We are so grateful to Shannon for his honesty, punctuality and professionalism. The entire North Shore admin team were a pleasure to deal with. Our only negative comment would be that Shannon's profile photo doesn't do him justice!!! Maybe the photographer can do him a new one.
