This was our first time selling a property, so Phil had to opportunity to shape our opinion of the real estate industry here. He was great up front, I felt like we had a very honest and open discussion before we decided to go with him to market our property. I was very impressed with the scale and efficiency of the marketing consultation and designing of the campaign. Bree and the team were in and out in no time and managed to capture our home extremely well. Once the campaign started, there was plenty of data for us to mull over and help keep us informed of the progress being made. Overall, the thing that mattered most to us was that we felt comfortable and felt like our agent was working in our best interest.
