Professional, communicative and engaging

Philip was a superb agent... not only representing the home well and highlighting all of the area’s benefits but managed me as a potential buyer the best I have ever seen to date. Philip made himself available to show me the home privately too so I could see it more in detail, followed up with me every Friday evening when he knew I would likely be seeing other homes on the weekend to make sure he could answer any questions and again early in the week to stay in touch and sound out where my thinking was. Once I decided to purchase, Philip facilitated the sales process to make things smoother for all parties logistically... At all times Philip was available for contact, responding to calls, emails and texts even on public holidays and evenings. This was a relief to me as we sought real-time momentum throughout the process and weren’t left stuck. We will love the home we have bought- and when the time comes to sell it, I won’t be looking for another agent!
