Excellent experience: Fast sale for a good price

I chose Eva and Daniel based on a friend recommendation and they did a great job. I was very impressed with their market knowledge but what sealed the deal was that they had recently sold two townhouses in the same complex. They offered good options for minor renovations but two days after receiving the marketing contract they were able to present a very attractive pre-market offer which I accepted, saving a load of hassle and marketing expense. It was very handy that they came to the table with some unsuccessful bidders from their previous auctions in the complex but I was very impressed with their level of communication both with me and my solicitor, and the speed with which they were able to organise walk-throughs with prospective buyers. In the negotiating process Eva and Daniel were able to secure a slightly higher offer from the buyer which was enough to make me feel well-served by their efforts. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eva and Daniel. They were very attuned to my situation and requirements (executor of a deceased estate, wanting minimal hassle) and they made a deal that I think satisfied both me and the buyers. Both Daniel and Eva were very pleasant to deal with and present as highly professional and honest agents, and were spot-on in their estimation of the market value, which exceeded my expectations.
