Very professional dedicated eager team. Very good communicators and always availble.

I am pleased that our house eventually sold however the only disagreement I had is that the starting price was too low therefore inviting buyers far below our target. The idea that the starting price is left to the discretion of the buyers is an enigma to me. Hoping that the price would rise as buyers compete against each other did not work. I had seen other agents use this method at auctions also without success. A starting price closer to the expected price (say 10% lower) would have been preferable.
