We recently contracted with R&W Willoughby to sell our home in Belrose. The reason we chose this agency even though they were somewhat out of the area is that we had such a positive experience purchasing through them when we bought the property 2 1/2 years ago. They certainly performed perfectly the second time around. Both Mark and Joseph demonstrated exceptional market knowledge, communicated regularly throughout the process, and acted as consummate professionals from start to finish. It is rare when both buyer and seller feel that the experience was as positive as it possibly could have been. What impressed me the most was the employment of the appropriate strategy for the sale based upon the specific buyers that showed interest, and then the completely transparent negotiation that lead to a record setting sale price. I have to say that there was another local agent that sold several properties in the past month in our neighbourhood who may have been a more obvious choice, but the result that Mark and Joseph achieved in representing our property speaks for itself!! I highly recommend both of them to anyone looking to sell their property. I can't imagine anyone who could do a better job for you.
