No a man of his word

As buyers & sellers Gonnie would not be ever an agent I would work with! Poor communication throughout transaction. Sent his young offsider to do everything We drove the sale, he was no where to be found. I suppose you get what you pay for as a seller..

Poor experience as buyer

We recently purchased a house through Gonnie. The experience was very underwhelming. Whilst the initial communication was ok, as soon as a contract was in place he virtually vanished. No phone calls to check in around times that clauses fell due, no call on reaching unconditional. On settlement, keys were supposed to be left in arranged spot, had contractor at the property the next morning only to find there were no keys left, so had to chase him up. Certainly did not go beyond the minimum effort from a buyer's perspective.
