He has followed through and handed it over to John Dahdah. As it is dealing with numbers, I preferred written communication. John respected my preference and used text or emails to communicate. I am concerned about the low rent that existing tenants are having. John has looped Moses in to support me. The entire process is seamless. Moses handled the rent increase in an efficient and effective manner. Monique as an admin support plays her role in this superb team.
