From the first meeting with Sue right through to us exchanging contracts we had all our questions answered Sue and Paul went over and above to make the process as smooth and problem free as possible. Due to a medical issue we weren’t able to be there when exchange took place but Sue took a little video showing the sold sign going on really lovely team to deal with Sue was an absolute professional to both us the buyer and her vendor. Will definitely use her again ten out of ten thanks guys.

All negotiations were real time engagement with immediate closure on points of discussion. Once purchase was agreed the process through to exchange was very well supported at each step.
