Hilariously incompetent

I've had a lot of terrible agents over the years, but Belle Pyrmont is a unique combination of slapdash incompetence and simply not caring. At the inspection, the agent was unable to answer any of our questions about the property and almost missed the sale because they couldn't be bothered to read our replies to their own text messages. Their attention to detail is best demonstrated by the 176-page condition report, which was full of hilarious boilerplate garbage like "master bedroom oven" and "driveway dishwasher" (all certified clean, working and undamaged, of course). Tenants are charged $2/month for the privilege of direct debit unless they to go through the rigmarole of paying to a different bank account every month. And they have not managed to resolve a single issue we raised, so now we just talk to the landlord directly. Why they even pay for this "service", I genuinely have no idea. Steer clear!
