Ryan Broadhurst was the agent who looked after...

Ryan Broadhurst was the agent who looked after the process that eventually led to the sale (by Auction) of our property. He provided a lot of advice, free access to his network of contractors / tradespeople to assist with getting the Property ready for inspection / sale and also with organising some of the people to do work for us. Once inspections started to occur, he rang me to advise on numbers and interest as well as an overview of the market at that point in time and the trends he was seeing as well as the impact of recent local / national / global events. The Auction Day itself was handled very professionally, with Ryan bringing in some experienced Auctioneers and assistants. The bidder registration was handled well. The eventual (inevitable in our situation) negotiation process was handled smoothly with clear thoughts based on experience with our buyer and others. Eventually we came to a mutually acceptable outcome and exchanged. The signing of the contracts was handled extremely smoothly.
