Efficient and hassle free selling process.

We engaged Nick, and his assistant Thomas, last month in order to sell our 2 bedroom apartment in Randwick. We had no hesitation in engaging Nick for this process as we have known him for about 15 years. During that time we have always found him to be efficient, hard working, extremely courteous and with a wealth of local knowledge in the real estate business. Nick made several suggestions to us regarding obtaining the best price for our property by way of new carpet and lighting, painting throughout and having the apartment styled. All of these things were organised without any fuss or problems by Nick himself so that we did not have to deal with several different companies and people in order to get our apartment ready for sale. We were so glad that we took his advice and in doing so achieved a successful sale over the top end of the price that he believed we could achieve. We would definitely recommend Nick for anyone looking for an agent.
