My husband and I do not have enough praise for Nick and Karen. We know many agents in Sydney and Nick and Karen are the best of the best. From the very beginning of the process of selling our 3 bedroom apartment in Coogee, they were the dream team - friendly, transparent and an absolute delight to work with. On top of this, they are professional, incredibly knowledgeable and made selling a breeze. We were interstate during the sales process and Nick and Karen went above and beyond to manage the entire process for us - from organising handyman, gardeners, painters and different styling options until we were 100% happy. They removed all stress for us and always with a smile. The one quality we appreciated above all else and is not easy to find, is their honesty, integrity and transparency. They gave us a realistic idea of our sale price and kept us well updated throughout the process. They also achieved a great result for us! Both Nick and Karen are unbelievably considerate and professional and we cannot recommend them highly enough for buyers or sellers alike. We know who to call next time we are buying or selling!
