Honest, informative and a team that works hard for a great result.

Nick was upfront, honest and along with his team worked hard to establish a great result, whilst providing very informative weekly information throughout the sales process and after each open house. His team were very quick and professional with preparing the marketing material and overall campaign in what was a tight schedule due to my request to sell before Christmas. Special thanks also goes to Karen, a really nice genuine person who I believe is invaluable to their team, who quickly sorted out any additional requests I had and responding very quickly to all requests. I was also very impressed with the Auctioneer they use: Jake Moore from Cooley Auctions. He doesn’t rush his auctions, nor does he intimidate any bidders, like some Auctioneer can do. He comes across as a more genuine and likeable Auctioneer, which I believe really helped and along with the team from Belle Property Randwick they all spent the time to listen, actually read and promptly respond to emails and all phone calls in order to get a great result.
