•This was not the first time we have dealt with Ken when either selling or buying a property. In this instance we were selling a property & we did not even consider another agent when we decided to put the property on the market. As an agent, Ken has many positive attributes but the ones that standout are: - Extensive market knowledge based upon both his vast experience as well as statistical analysis of the market. - Communication skills (from both a vendor's & purchaser's perspective) are second to none.
