The sale of our home was pretty well seamless. Short time on the market and a great price achieved!

The sale process for us was very good. Mandeep and his team were professional throughout. We were guided through our marketing and staging options, and communication with the team was very good indeed. Mandeep was tenacious during the marketing campaign, and achieved our target sale price less than 14 days from listing! We were a little surprised by the way GST was handled by Belle, however. The agency commission was "subject to GST", which was a first for us, so I recommend clarifying this with Belle before negotiating this fee. We also would have liked to meet with Mandeep at some point, but this never happened. Stephanie Whitehead, however, was a gem! She was always available and did an amazing job for us.
