The worst agent I have ever seen!

Mandeep (M) is the worst agent I have ever seen! It is rare for me to rate one person at such a low level for the reasons below: I submitted an offer to the property via M. As we all know, submitting an offer means nothing unless the sellers accept it. So I just used my personal name and planned to write down the trust name as the formal buyer's name when the seller accepted my offer. During waiting for the response from the sellers, M asked me to extend the proposed settlement period and he did't tell me the sellers had already accepted the offer. Therefore, I thought nothing but initialed the extension by Docusign. Several minutes later M asked me to transfer the deposit and then I realized the offer I had just initialed had become effective. It was good news but I was unhappy feeling like I was cheated. I confessed I should have read the document more carefully which was my fault. But should't M tell me as well? Otherwise I won't need to modify the buyer's name through a Deed of Recessio with extra cost and time after the offer became effective. Then M guided me to sign a new contract but the new buyer's name was not exactly the same as the Deed of Recession. So I have to repeat the procedure again with more extra cost and time. The above-mentioned case was still understandble due to his busy work. But making the appointment of the finance valuation was really terrible. The valuer said it's very hard to contact M and almost canclled the booking. Then M said the sellers only allowed to r enter after 4pm during weekdays which was too late. I asked M several times to solve the problem but it was always stucking. Then I lost my patience and yelled him after too many times unuseful communications and the delayed valuation almost affected for settlement on-time. Very surprisedly, the booking then was made successfully at 9am after yelling. On settlement date, the sellers were still there but M disappeared and never received our calls or messages.
