I am satisfied with this sale overall. However...

I am satisfied with this sale overall. However, I have received quite strong feedback from people around me that a 3.5% commission is quite high in QLD — some even questioned whether it was reasonable. I understand there may have been room for negotiation from the seller’s side, so I’m not entirely sure whether the commission was set with that in mind. That said, I trust Mandeep, which is why I was happy to proceed, and I’m pleased with the final result. ^^
